Saturday my husband and I went to Pioneers.  Dave was there. What a great guy. We are so very happy with how accommodating he was and how happy we are with our Subaru Outback. Its great for ourselves and our dog. Tears ran down my cheeks as I said goodbye to my truck, but then this is a new era for us.....no more horses, 5th wheels, etc. Sorry for rambling on,, but please know that you have a great company in Pioneer Motors and we loved Dave. ALSO.....I had asked how we know that the car is in good shape and he said that all vehicles go through Ed Motara at Certified Automotive.......Ed is our neighbor....we've known him for years and there is no better man around than Ed...it was all perfect. Pioneer Motors is amazing! I went in yesterday to purchase a vehicle for the first time in over 15 years due to transitioning to a new job without a company car. I had been doing a lot of research on what I wanted and they had just the SUV I was looking for. Entire experience was just what they promised...amazing customer service, highest quality cars in A+ condition, fair pricing. I had been watching prices for weeks and found my car with low miles at a price that was almost $5k less then other nearby dealers in Roseville/sac with comparible vehicles/mileage.

I called ahead worked with Dave, who had the car cleaned and ready to test drive when I arrived. Also had me pre-approved at a great rate with a local credit union before I arrived. The whole process from arrival to finish was under three hours, and they even offered to deliver the car for me to Sacramento for free...I was floored and very appreciative!

I loved that car, and had trouble letting it go (long story), so Dave Callaway's no-pressure offer to consign it helped me to ease the transition, and it netted me a fair price. Actually, if I had known how Pioneer chooses its inventory, I would have bought a used car from them instead of a new one - in fact, the same model I bought, only 1 year older as a lease return, was on the Pioneer lot and I would have save $10k.
